Durst’s Online Customer Care Tools Offer Convenient Order Tracking
CLINTON, Wis. — The Durst division of Regal Beloit Corporation today announced that customers now can quickly and easily obtain order information from the Durst website at www.durstdrives.com. By taking advantage of the Customer Care Tools on the company website, Durst customers will know within seconds if an order has shipped. The scheduled due date, part description and freight charge also are available, along with other important order information.
“Durst’s new online Customer Care Tools eliminate time zone delays and the need to speak directly to a customer service representative to inquire about the status of an order,” said John Locarno, Global Sales and Marketing Manager. “It’s convenient because customers can register for the order status service from anywhere via a web browser. What’s more, there are no fees for using this service, and password-protected access is available 24/7.”
Logged-in customers can retrieve order information by entering the customer order number or purchase order number. The information provided to users includes order date, shipment date and delivery date, ship-to address, part number and description, list price, ordered quantity and shipped quantity.
Registering for a log-in account is simple. The customer merely furnishes basic company identification and contact information. Once the requested data is submitted, the process of notification and verification occurs within one to two business days. When an application is approved, the customer will receive log-in instructions.
