Durst Receives Coveted Customer Care Award
CLINTON, Wis. — The Durst division of Regal Beloit Corporation is pleased to announce its receipt of the prestigious Customer Care Award for 2011. Durst was presented with the award and an accompanying $1,000 cash prize during Regal Beloit’s annual Leadership Meeting in January in Orlando, Florida.
Regal Beloit has identified customer care as the corporation’s number-one business objective and initiative. The award honors the highest level of quality and performance excellence in this area.
Every year Regal Beloit Corporate Marketing conducts a survey of each division’s customer base. In 2011 Durst attained the highest customer satisfaction score in the entire Corporation. To earn the award, Durst gained the recognition of customers as a consistently exceptional performer, evidenced by flexible and innovative approaches to a range of customer needs. Durst also demonstrated an effective strategy to strengthen customer service and reinforce its customer focus mission in response to customer feedback.

Every year, Regal Beloit presents awards at the Leadership Meeting to an individual or business team in the Regal Beloit family of companies that has excelled in the Customer Care, Lean Six Sigma Spirit, Innovation, Execution and Leadership categories. The Customer Care Award is the most highly coveted of the five yearly awards.
Nielsen said Durst plans to donate the cash prize to a local charitable organization.
