CLINTON, Wis. — Milwaukee Gear Co., a leading manufacturer of precision gears and drives based in Milwaukee, has become the newest member of the Regal Beloit family. Regal Beloit Corporation, the parent company of Durst, announced on February 3 that it had purchased the 94-year-old company renowned for its application engineering excellence and high-precision manufacturing processes.
Regal Beloit, a global leader in mechanical and electrical motion control and power generation products, has extensive experience in the acquisition and integration of businesses throughout the world.
